Yinan is a Senior Tax Manager at Crossroads CPAs & Consultants LLP, who has over 14 years of experience in public accounting with a specialty in real estate taxation and high-net-worth individual tax matters. She has extensive experience of navigating complex tax issues, evaluating tax implications of business transactions, and addressing multistate tax considerations for a diverse client base.

 

Prior to joining Crossroads, Yinan spent a decade at a leading regional CPA firm, where she developed extensive expertise in serving real estate clients and high-net-worth individuals. She later served as a Senior Tax Manager at a national accounting firm where she further strengthened her expertise in navigating complex tax matters and providing tailored solutions to clients.

 

Yinan earned her master’s degree from the University of West Florida and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy cheering on their daughter at swim meets and spending quality family time on golf, travel, and museum visits.
