Riley earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from California Lutheran University and has worked for public accounting firms for almost five years.  He has gained experience at firms of various sizes, including a large national firm, a west coast regional firm and a small local firm in San Diego.  Most recently, Riley was a founding member of a firm’s business valuation team, where he spent nearly three years helping to establish and grow the valuation practice. Now at Crossroads, Riley is excited to once again play a foundational role in expanding business valuation service offerings.

 

Riley is a highly experienced valuation professional, having completed business valuations for a wide range of purposes including estate planning, tax compliance, financial reporting, litigation/expert witness testimony, and ownership transition. Riley holds the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation and is a member of both the AICPA and NACVA. His industry experience with business valuations span a multitude of industries including retail, food and beverage, construction, real estate, manufacturing, agriculture, software, consulting, government agencies, and many more.

 

Riley was born and raised in San Diego County and currently resides in Oceanside. In his free time, he enjoys playing piano, participating in recreational sports including softball, pickleball, and volleyball, and painting.
