Heather He is a Tax Director at Crossroads CPAs & Consultants LLP, bringing more than 13 years of experience in public accounting with a specialized focus on real estate partnership, trust, and ultra-high-net-worth individual taxation. She advises real estate groups, private equity investors, and complex family enterprises on sophisticated tax planning and compliance.

 

Before joining Crossroads, Heather served as Tax Director at a national accounting firm, where she worked with clients across a variety of industries—including real estate, high-tech companies, and wealth-management teams.  Earlier in her career, she spent 10 years with a leading regional CPA firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she was the tax director, leading a team dedicated to real estate and private equity clients and guiding them through complex transactions multi-state filings.

 

Heather earned her Master of Accountancy from the University of Idaho and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and traveling.  Heather and her husband are proud parents of a young son, and together they enjoy exploring new places in San Diego.
